We are from Tuscany and we select exclusively the highest quality ingredients. The meaning of high quality ingredients for us is, synonymous of freshness and authenticity. The DOP and IGP official denominations in Italy are the certification of the respect of cultivation methods and origin for the long list of Italian ingredients we can find in our markets. The predilection for the Biological ingredients is another choice we make.
