A FAMILY'S TRADITION

In our family still survives a true love for traditional food. Our origins are from Florence and Tuscany. In our families women and men are all extraordinary cookers, everyone has his best dish, grandpas included. Our grandfathers and grandmothers are specialized in ancient recipes, slow cooking dishes, fresh pasta made from scratch, poor ingredients from the farm, this is the reason why we love the traditional cuisine. We love to propose to our clients authentic and healthy dishes. We know very well the cuisine of our families and of our regions, we learned the secrets at home, we also learned that cooking for others it is like a cuddle, a gesture of love. Italiantasting project embraces this philosophy and wants to give this type of cuddle to all guests, with the love of a grandmother for her grandchildrens. She also wants to hand down the secrets of traditional Italian cooking, so that them never get lost.
